This site is not a part of the Facebook website, Google website, Facebook Inc., or Google Inc. Additionally, this site is NOT endorsed by Facebook or Google in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of FACEBOOK, Inc. and GOOGLE is a trademark of GOOGLE, Inc.
Any earnings or income statements, earnings examples, or increases in revenue achieved or mentioned are only estimates of what we think you could achieve. There is no assurance you will do as well. If you rely upon our figures, you must accept the risk of not doing as well.
Where specific income figures are used and attributed to an individual or business, those persons or businesses have earned that amount. There is no assurance you will do as well. Any claims or representations regarding income earnings are not to be considered average earnings.
Monetary and income results are based on many factors. We do not know your background, work ethic, business skills, or practices, so we do not guarantee or imply that you will win incentives, prizes, get rich, do as well, or make any money at all.

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to Services provided by Tax Medics ER of [email protected]. Herein referred to as “Tax Medics ER,” “our,” “we,” or “us.”
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of any Online Course and/or Mentorship Program. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing an Online Course and/or entering into our Mentorship.
For purchases via our website, by clicking the “Accept” button, you agree to the terms of this agreement, which will bind you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must stop purchasing any Services from us.
1. Definitions
“Confidential Information” means information provided by one party to the other in written, graphic, recorded, machine-readable, or other forms concerning business, clients, suppliers, finances, and other areas of the other party’s business or products, including Course Materials.
It does not include information in the public domain other than through default of the party disclosing it, information required to be disclosed by a court or regulatory authority, or information already in the possession or control of the disclosing party.
“Course Materials” means information provided by Tax Medics ER to accompany a course provided as part of the Services in hard copy or electronic form.
“Fees” means the fees you pay to Tax Medics ER for Services.
“Intellectual Property Rights” means copyright, database rights, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs, trademarks, rights relating to Confidential Information, and other intellectual property rights registered or unregistered throughout the world.
“Online Course” means the delivery of an online course under which you learn course materials remotely.
“Services” means the provision of the Online Course, Mentorship, Course Materials, and other services agreed from time to time and purchased by you through the Website.
“Website” means a set of related web pages located under a single domain name. “You” means the individual purchasing the Services.
2. The Services
2.1. A description of the Services and the dates on which the Services will begin are available on our website and/or academy portal. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill according to the description set out on the Website.
2.2. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any Services described on the Website without notice.
2.3. We expect you to confirm that the Services you purchase will meet your needs. We do not guarantee that you will obtain a particular result or professional qualification from your purchase or completion of any Services.
3. Ordering Services
Purchasing Services via the Website
3.1. To purchase any Services online, you must register for an account with us via the Website. If you already have an account, you can log in using your username and password.
3.2. When you place an order for a Service via the Website, you are offering to purchase the Services on these terms and conditions. Tax Medics ER reserves the right to cancel or decline your order or any part of your order at any time until confirmed.
3.3. Following receipt of your order for Services via the Website, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your order.
3.4. A legally binding agreement between you and us comes into existence when we have:
- Accepted your offer to purchase Services by sending you an email confirming the purchase; and
- Received payment of the relevant Fees from you in accordance with clause 5.
3.5. Where your order consists of multiple Online Courses and/or Mentorship, each will be treated as a separate offer to purchase.
4. Cancellation & Change of Order
4.1. Where we have accepted or confirmed the Services purchased by you and formed a legally binding agreement in accordance with clause 3.4, no change of order shall be entertained, and any cancellation you initiate is subject to our NO REFUND policy.
4.2. If you purchased an Online Course and have already accessed, downloaded all or part of the Online Course, and/or started using that Online Course, then you have no right to cancel your order.
5. Fees
5.1. The Fees for the Services shall be as set out on the Website at the time you place an order.
5.2. Unless otherwise specified at the time you purchase the Services, Fees are exclusive of VAT or other local taxes.
5.3. Fees for the Service selected by you on the Website shall be debited from your credit/debit card at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full before attending any mentorship program or accessing any Online Course.
5.4. Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase are for your own account, and Tax Medics ER shall not be responsible for them.
5.5. You are responsible for all costs incurred in connection with your involvement in our mentorship program or your access to any Online Course.
6. Liability
6.1. Although Tax Medics ER aims to provide Services to high industry standards, neither it nor its trainers accept liability for:
- Any loss or corruption of data;
- Any loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill; or
- Any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from any breach of this Agreement.
6.2. Except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions, no conditions, warranties, or other terms shall apply to the Services.
6.3. No claim may be brought more than six months after the last date on which the Services concerned finished or ceased to be provided.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses, and speeches made by trainers at the Mentorship program are and remain the intellectual property of Tax Medics ER or its licensors.
7.2. You are not authorized to:
- Copy, modify, reproduce, republish, sublicense, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, or distribute Course Materials without prior written permission;
- Record on video or audiotape, relay by videophone, or otherwise record the Online Course;
- Use Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training;
- Remove copyright or other notices from Course Materials;
- Modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer software forming part of the Online Courses except as permitted by law.
Breach of clause 7.2 allows us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease providing Services, including access to Online Courses.
7.3. In consideration of Fees paid, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Course Materials and software for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and/or attending the Mentorship program.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Each party shall keep the other party’s Confidential Information strictly confidential, use it only for the purposes of these terms and conditions, return it on demand, and not retain copies.
8.2. Either party may disclose Confidential Information to legal and other advisors for the purpose of obtaining advice.
8.3. This clause continues notwithstanding termination of these terms and conditions.
9. Termination
9.1. We may terminate these terms and conditions and cease providing Services immediately if you:
- Fail to pay Fees when due;
- Act in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening, or harassing manner toward employees, teachers, lecturers, coaches, mentors, or students;
- Cheat or plagiarize work you are required to prepare;
- Steal or act fraudulently or deceitfully toward us, employees, or students; or
- Are in breach of these terms and conditions.
9.2. On termination, clauses 6 liability, 7 intellectual property rights, 8 confidentiality, and 10 restrictions shall continue.
10. Assignment
Any Services provided under these terms and conditions are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.
We may assign these terms and conditions to another company without prior notice to you.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the Website Disclaimer and Course Specific Terms and Conditions, are the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or arrangements, whether written or oral.
You confirm you have not relied on any representations in entering into these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Force Majeure
Tax Medics ER shall not be liable for breach of obligations or termination arising from causes beyond reasonable control, including fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, Acts of God, terrorism, strikes, transport disputes, death in the trainer’s family, illness of the coach or trainer, government edict, or regulation.
13. Data Protection
13.1. The nature of the Services means we will obtain, use, and disclose certain information about you (“Data”). By purchasing the Services, you agree to this use.
13.2. When you register, you may provide Data such as contact details and demographic information. We will store and use this Data to contact you, provide details of purchased Services, and as required during normal course provision.
13.3. We may also use Data and similar Data from surveys to aggregate user profiles and, unless you opt out where applicable, provide communications.
13.4. To monitor and improve Services, we gather aggregated information including operating system, browser version, domain name, IP address, referring URL, destination URL, and parts of the Website visited.
13.5. We use information such as User ID, session identifiers, and passwords to identify whether you are using our services, assist with service provision, and ensure access to relevant products. We will only read cookies placed through your browser’s interaction with the Website.
13.6. Our products may link to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for their data policies, procedures, or content.
13.7. Tax Medics ER endeavors to take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data, including encryption technology, but cannot guarantee the security of Data disclosed online. You accept the inherent risks of transacting online and will not hold us responsible for breach of security.
14. Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to American law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the American civil courts in connection with any dispute.
